Web Developer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Web Developer to join our successful and expanding team at RealVNC.

RealVNC is a highly successful software company based in Cambridge (UK) city center. As the original developers of VNC remote-access technology our software is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide from the non-technical home user to IT professionals from global companies, such as Intel, IBM, and Philips. We have immediate, significant expansion plans and are looking for an experienced, talented Web Developer to join our Information Applications team.

Part of a close-knit group, you will be working on projects essential to the business with an audience of tens of millions. These projects include our latest "deskhop" Facebook app, our corporate website, and a variety of web-based internal systems used throughout the company. You will be working at multiple levels of the technology stack, from HTML and JavaScript front-ends through to the business logic and databases at the heart of our systems. The successful candidate must possess demonstrable programming and problem solving skills, as well as being able to manage multiple tasks and take responsibility for their successful completion.
